We have developed a specialization in artificially intelligent (AI) appliances, highlighted by the range of vacuum-cleaning robots which we developed with the NASDAQ-listed iRobot Corporation ("iRobot"). Contributing our manufacturing and technology expertise in this production partnership with iRobot, we have been delighted to witness very positive results since this consumer robot's market debut.

Our in-house product development process includes comprehensive capabilities in market research, product and industrial design, and engineering and software development. The division also undertakes continuous R&D into user-programmable play pattern sequences, remote controls and sensors with various detection functions and movements.

Our toys division is continually strengthening its R&D capabilities and developing new product concepts to align with changing global market trends. With an important niche in high-value-added electronic and movie-and-entertainment toys, the division's in-house R&D efforts are supported by a team of experienced electronic and mechanical engineers and software programmers.

As a spin-off from our core toys operation, the toys segment also comprises the development, design and manufacture of a broad range of feature plush, wooden and educational toys.
